The 7-Day Window
We offer a 7-day inspection period. If your architectural frames do not meet your expectations, you may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the frames must be:
In their original, unworn condition.
Accompanied by the original CLARUS packaging, vegan leather case, and microfiber cloth.
Free of any scratches or adjustments to the temple arms.
The “Prescription” Clause (Crucial)
Please Note: As prescription lenses are custom-ground to your specific optical requirements, we cannot offer refunds on the lens portion of your order. However, if there is a manufacturing error in the lens, we will replace them free of charge.
The Process
Initiate: Contact our Concierge via WhatsApp with your Order ID.
Pickup: We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address via our logistics partner.
Inspection: Once the frames reach our HQ in Delhi and pass quality control, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
